How to Play Guitar the Quick and Confident Ways

play-fast-guitarPlaying the guitar quickly in a few days, or few weeks or in a few months depends on your levels of commitment and the practice you put in each day. Technically speaking, there is no reason why you should not play the guitar quickly if you are serious enough. Anyways let me give you a few tips to start you on your way to guitar playing…. the quick and easy way.

Rhythmic strumming of chords:
One quickest way of learning to play the guitar is to stroke each chord in a rhythmic manner. When your left finger presses the string at the fret board and the right finger strums on the string, a sound is produced. Just listen to the sound and keep strumming the same chord rhythmically for some time. This will establish an even, rhythmic and musical sound which is pleasant to the ear. This will also help you to adapt to guitar playing without putting too much pressure on yourself. Forget about playing songs for the time being and concentrate on rhythmic stroking of each chord and soon you will become natural at it.

Play simple songs to get a confident start:
Don’t try to take on any difficult songs at the beginning. To start with, strum simple songs with easy notes and scales. This will help you to lay a good foundation and build your confidence. Once you master the finger movements while strumming simple songs, you can slowly advance to the more difficult ones. The right hand, left hand co-ordination is of utmost importance in guitar playing and you will find it easier to learn this by doing simple songs. After all, the simple notes are also a part of difficult songs and you will find it much easier to cope up when you follow this route.
