The higher you go up on the frets; you’ll observe that the notes become higher too.  Then comes the neck; a part of guitar related instruments which appears to be a long and skinny structure where the frets are located.  Another part of the guitar is the body which is a large base and the biggest part of the guitar commonly called acoustic guitar.  The last major part of guitar related instruments is the head stock along with tuning pegs.

This is the part of the guitar that can be found on the top most portion of the neck holding the tuning pegs.  You can adjust the string pitch to a higher level by tightening the tuning peg, or attain a lower level by loosening it.  The next step in learning the guitar is the way of holding it.  If you are right-handed, you hold the neck with your left hand, and the opposite, if you are left-handed.  You will notice that the body of guitar related instruments rests on the right leg, while the back portion is located next to the chest area.
